These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Tour Monkey website and all travel services arranged by Tour Monkey. By requesting a quotation, making a booking, paying any amount, or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

'Customer' means any person making or benefiting from a booking. 'Supplier' includes airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transport providers, destination management companies, insurance providers and visa partners. 'Booking' means any confirmed travel arrangement.

All quotations are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices may change until full confirmation due to supplier revisions, taxes, exchange-rate fluctuations or government levies. Tour Monkey may include a service markup.

A booking is confirmed only after required payment is received and confirmed by the relevant supplier. Availability displayed or quoted does not constitute confirmation.

Payments may be made through bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, Razorpay or cash where accepted. GST invoices are issued where applicable. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation.

Air tickets are governed by the airline's fare rules, baggage policies, schedule changes and cancellation rules. Tour Monkey is not responsible for airline operational decisions.

Hotels are governed by the respective hotel's terms regarding check-in, check-out, occupancy, amenities, deposits, cancellations and no-shows. Equivalent substitutions may occur where required by suppliers.

Package inclusions are limited to those specifically listed in the confirmed itinerary. Items not expressly included are excluded.

Group tours may require a minimum number of participants. Tour Monkey may modify itineraries, hotels or sequencing where operationally necessary while endeavouring to maintain equivalent value.

Cruise bookings are governed by the cruise operator's conditions, including itinerary changes due to weather, port restrictions or operational reasons.

Tour Monkey provides documentation support and submission assistance only. Visa approval, refusal and processing time remain solely at the discretion of the issuing authority. Visa fees and service charges may be non-refundable once processing begins.

Insurance products are provided through licensed insurance partners. Coverage, exclusions and claims are governed exclusively by the insurer's policy wording.

Customers are responsible for accurate traveller information, passport validity, visas, vaccinations, immigration compliance, customs requirements and compliance with destination laws. Failure to meet entry requirements is the traveller's responsibility.

Name corrections, date changes, itinerary amendments or upgrades are subject to supplier approval and applicable amendment charges.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the applicable Tour Monkey Refund & Cancellation Policy together with supplier and airline rules where applicable.

Tour Monkey is not liable for delays, cancellations or losses caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, government actions or severe weather. Supplier policies will apply in such circumstances.

Tour Monkey acts primarily as an intermediary between customers and independent suppliers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tour Monkey is not responsible for acts, omissions or defaults of suppliers, nor for indirect, consequential or special damages.

Use of personal information is governed by the Tour Monkey Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer laws, courts in Ludhiana, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

Tour Monkey may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will apply from the published effective date.
